Our romantic getaway was quite enjoyable overall. We were pleased with the comfortable bed and big shower in our room. The location was quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also appreciated the staff's friendliness during our stay.
We experienced a delay during the check-in process and found hair in the bathroom and stains on the sheets in our room. Additionally, the hotel's amenities closed quite early in the evening, limiting our options for evening entertainment. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our time there.

We had a great city break in a lovely hotel. the rooms were very clean and the bed was really comfortable. the shower was big and refreshing, just what we needed after a long day of exploring. We also enjoyed the great food and coffee offered in the hotel's restaurant. One of the best aspects was the very friendly and helpful staff who made us feel at home.
The hotel had a few minor setbacks such as its location which was slightly further out from the center, but easily accessible by taxi or a 50-minute walk. There were also only a few restaurants close by.

We were really impressed as soon as we walked into this place. The decor and layout were absolutely stunning and made us go "wow". The staff at the reception were so friendly and welcoming, they treated us like royalty. We were even given refreshing butterfly pea juice upon arrival and a lovely fruit platter with a thoughtful note in our room. Speaking of the room, it was spacious with a great view from the window seat. It was also impeccably clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly in cooling down the room quickly. The blackout curtains ensured a peaceful and comfortable sleep, keeping out the heat and light. The outdoor pool on the third floor was another highlight, the kids loved it! It was so relaxing to sit by the pool and unwind. We would definitely choose to stay here again, and highly recommend it to other families. There's even a 7 Eleven just a short walk away, and the hotel has its own parking area with attendants to ensure security.
